Eva Mendes (born in New York City) is an American actress and model. She was spotted by a talent agency who was impressed by her talents and convinced her to pursue an occupation in the field of entertainment. After much consideration her departure from the university to join the entertainment world. After being disappointed by her appearance, she made her film debut in Children of the Corn V Fields of Terror. It took her some time to develop her acting and she starred in several low-budget productions an effort to show her talents. The journey of the actor wasn't easy, but his sheer patience and determination were recognized. The career of her acting began following her fame, positive reviews and acknowledgement for her performance on Training Day. The most well-known films she has appeared in are 2 Fast and Furious, The Hitch, Ghost Rider Bad Lieutenant Port of Call New Orleans, and Holy Motors.
